Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation or postponement, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or the same day as the appointment will incur a $250 cancellation fee (full cost of service).

Payment is required to secure your place in all courses, workshops and immersions.
There is no refund on any online workshops, courses or immersions if you change your mind. All online offerings are recorded and made available for a set period of time and can be taken and returned to at your convenience.
Seven days notice of cancellation is required for all in person courses, workshops, or immersions if you change your mind.
- No refund will be given with less than 1 weeks notice of cancellation, except in the case of extreme and unforeseen personal/ situational circumstances. Please discuss this with Mendy.
- Refunds are available within 14 days of payment (in accordance with the above notice period), minus a 15% administration fee.
- To avoid the admin fee, you may be able to transfer your place to another person if you give notice of this intention or to another in person or online session, course or workshop, as long as it is taken within 12 months.
